The Desay Series M is what happens when a stage panel evolves into an installation panel.

Pixels

Pixel to pixel spacing begins at an impressive 4.76 millimeters to create a display resolution of more than
44,000 LEDs per square meter.
Each millimeter of spacing supports one meter of viewing distance which means that the Series M4.7 looks great from just 5 meters away.

Dimensions

The Series M is a precision aluminum panel that weighs approximately
18 kilograms with XYZ dimensions of
800 * 900 * 65 millimeters.
When we convert those numbers to the Exchequer Standards of 1825 that works out to 32 * 35 * 3 inches
and a lightweight 37 pounds.

Viewing

Display brightness levels extend from 4000 cd/m² to 5000 cd/m².
Screen refresh ranges from 1920 Hz to 3840 Hz for flicker-free video.
Off-axis viewing is up to 70° which means that pretty much everyone in the room can see the Series M whether coming or going.

Performance

Colors are amazing with levels of red¹⁴ * green¹⁴ * blue¹⁴ that provide for a combined 4,400 billion colors and a silky 16,384 shades of grey.
Life expectancy is projected to be 100,000 hours which works out to just over 11 years. We look forward to seeing you again sometime in 2030.

Power

Rated power consumption is a modest 180 ~ 190 Watts per square meter and up to 560 Watts on full load depending on the model.
Variable voltage power supplies accept 100V ~ 240V. Our technicians will provide an electrical schematic specific to your project on request.

Installation

The Series M attaches to surrounding panels using permanent locking fasteners or optional stage hardware for quick release. Attach to a frame or use hanging bars or ground supports. Power and data cabling is simple and intuitive with quick-release Neutrik components.

Desay Series M

The Series M is equally at home in a permanent outdoor display or at that night's concert for sixty thousand people.

The dimensions of 800 * 900 millimeters create a perfect 16:9 aspect ratio when just two panels are used or a traditional 4:3 ratio with six or more.

The Series M is serviced from the front of the display by removing one or more of the modules that fill out a single panel. This feature allows for permanent installations to be mounted tightly to walls, requiring extra space only for adequate thermal ventilation instead of technicians.

Pixel density starts at 6,400 and increases incrementally to seven times that number at 44,100 pixels per square meter across 6 models. Refresh rates are 1920 Hz to 3840 Hz and Neutrik power cables and data connectors join the panels together.

Install the Series M to a frame using the 4 corner anchors or assemble the panels using hanging bars or floor supports. Our technicians will provide mechanical drawings to create a steel frame locally or one can be built and shipped with your order.

Media is handled by any of our NovaStar controllers. If a network of displays is being deployed, content can be centrally-administered through an annual NovaStar VNNOX cloud publishing account.
